Instructions
Put the oven tray in the oven on the highest setting. Set the grill setting to 180°C.
Grease a pan with a little oil (or butter) and already put the heat on (high). Beware the pan must be suitable for the oven.
Crack the eggs
Add the milk
Stir the eggs and milk well.
Add pepper and salt.
Pour the egg mixture into the hot pan.
Reduce the heat (slightly) and cook for a good minute.
Put the pan in the oven as high as possible. Again, a minute is sufficient. Keep a close eye on it because it can go "fast."
Roll up the omelet using a spatula.
