A simple recipe to make your own melting flour sugar, ideal for decorating cakes, pastries and other treats. An alternative should you not have Rafitsnow in the house.

  • Put the powdered sugar and cornstarch in a bowl.
  • Strain the mixture to remove any lumps and obtain a fine powder.
