Place the eggs, milk and brown sugar in a cup and stir well.
Put the pan on, add a knob of butter. Do not put on too high.
Put the mixture in a deep plate large enough to dip 1 slice of bread into.
Dip a slice of bread into the mixture. Dip the bread well.
Place the slice of bread in the pan. Be careful - this can quickly turn black. Depending on how high your heat is, you may already have to turn the bread after less than half a minute.
Fry lightly browned along both sides and serve on a plate.
Finish with some powdered sugar or your favorite sugar.
