Ingredients
 

  • 8 crispbread cookies (e.g. whole wheat or sesame)
  • 150 g Heks'nkaas (fresh cream cheese with herbs)
  • 150 g salmon (smoked, thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 cucumber (shaved into thin slices or ribbons)
  • 2 sprigs dill (fresh or dried)
  • Freshly ground pepper (optional)
  • drops tabasco (green)

Instructions

  • Generously spread each Knäckebröd with Witch's Cheese.
  • Divide the slices of smoked salmon among the cakes.
  • Place slices or ribbons of cucumber on top.
  • Top with a tuft of fresh dill.
  • For extra spice finish with some freshly ground pepper or a few drops of green tabasco
