Feuille d'Or with eggnog
A luxurious praline that combines the rich flavor of eggnog with the sweetness of white chocolate, topped off with a crunchy golden layer for the perfect finish.

Werkwijze
Top
Prepare a plate. Put the printing (in the Feuille d'Or style) on top and the height frame.
Pour over with the tempered chocolate,,,,,, make even. Use your favorite white, milk or dark chocolate for this.
After a few minutes, cut the chocade using the "bicycle". Don't wait too long or you'll risk breaking the chocolate.
Put something "heavy" on it in such a way that the printing can take effect.
Place in the fridge.
Bottom
Do this again but without printing.
Stuffing
Mix the eggnog with the white chocolate and stir well. Place in a piping bag with a serrated nozzle 8.
Finishing
Remove the top and bottom from the frig, remove the framing and place the bottom with the shiny bottom facing up.
Pipe the filling onto each choclade
Press the top on top.
Place in the fridge.
