Ingredients
 

  • 1 cucumber ((peeled and) cut into thin slices)
  • 1/2 hand dill (chopped, fresh )
  • 1/2 cup of full-fat yogurt
  • 1 el olive oil
  • 1 Tl mustard
  • 1 el vinegar (apple)
  • 2 Tl honey
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • Place the sliced cucumbers in a large mixing bowl.

Preparation of the dressing

  • In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, olive oil, cider vinegar, and honey. Whisk into a smooth dressing.
  • Stir the chopped dill into the dressing.
  • Season with salt and pepper.

Mix

  • Pour the dressing over the cucumber slices and mix gently so that all the cucumber is coated with the dressing.

Rest

  • Leave the salad in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.

Serve

  • Serve the salad chilled.
